Every general foundation book will provide with methodology for drilled shaft design. Though it might be possible that someone has developed in the past the method you are looking for, I suggest you obtain the strength parameters of your entire profile from your SPT data and make your computations with typically used method.

Books; Coduto, Bowles, Das, Federal highway, among others

Software; Shaft from Ensoft is the one I used, but there are plenty of them

poliesia,

FHWA will hopefully be issuing design guidance for ACIP piles this year. In the meanwhile, I suggest you review design guidance from the Deep Foundations Institute or Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors. Both organizations sell publications related to this foundation type.

Note that while Gimbli is correct that the design methodology is similar to the design of drilled shaft foundations, there are enough wrinkles that you will probably want to review the available information written specifically for ACIP piles.

You can always check the work published by Reese, O'Neil etc... I believe there is an FHWA manual dealing with this approach which makes use of Nspt and supported by the results of quite a few field tests.
