Was wondering if someone could give some thoughts on this. Normally on civil site plans when designing a curb return you give the PC/PT/RP for the curve. That is the minimum information needed to properly stake the curve. I have seen half-deltas, tangents, etc also given but it is just extra information.
I have seen plans recently with only the RP called out and other plans with only the PI called out for the curve. Although most of the time the surveyor has the CADD file and the Northing and Easting call-outs are somewhat useless, there is no way to properly stake a curve with only the RP or PI data.
