design of rectangular tanks

Can any one please share the design calculation for rectangular tank with stiffeners . I need it urgently.
Please help me to carry out the calculations

Generally, the approach would use the rectangular flat-plate formulas in Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain. Watch the maximum plate-deflection criteria.
I believe there is a design guide for rectangular concrete tanks, but I am not familiar with the details of it.
