Design Loads on Outlet Control Box under driveway?

Can someone tell me where I can find the design loads to use for a concrete outlet control box that will be built under a driveway by a warehouse?

I was thinking "Sidewalks, vehicular driveways, and yards subject to trucking" from table 1607.1 in the IBC that suggests 250 psf uniform LL + 8000 lb point LL...
