Please direct me if you have technical papers, design guidelines and special software that handles design/analysis of block-type foundations supporting heavy vibrating machinery.



 
ACI 530 is the only thing I know of. It is general, and not specifically geared toward heavy vibrating machinery.

ACI 530 is the building code requirements for masonry structures. You must have mis-remembered the reference.

There are a few other threads on this - I might not have the name spelled right - but Aryas or Arias has a book on it. Fang (2nd edition) has a nice chapter. And then, there is Richart Hall and Woods, Barkan, etc.
