Hello! I am trying to mesh a part without the distortion control.
I have selected C3D4 elements and deactivated the distortion control.
However, when I run the case, a warning message like this appears:
DISTORTION CONTROL PARAMETER FOR THE *SECTION CONTROLS OPTION IN Abaqus/Standard IS VALID ONLY FOR C3D10I ELEMENTS AND WILL BE IGNORED FOR ALL OTHER ELEMENT TYPES IN THE CURRENT ANALYSIS. IT WILL, HOWEVER, BE STORED FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT Abaqus/Explicit IMPORT ANALYSIS
If I try to change the element to C310I, Abaqus doesn't give me the option to deactivate distortion control.
