I need, it is possible somebody can help me to find information about derating curves for motors working over 4000 m (altitud),

You can find informations in IEC34-1 standard page 69-71.

In addition to the IEC document, I would definately contact the mfg and talk with them. They will be the ones who ultimately decides what and how much derating is required.
