Hi all,

Do someone with experience on command DELTIM can help me while doing the dynamic transient analysis. I dont understand why the time history list data gives always the sampling time step different to the one introduced in DELTIM command.

Tks very much,

Hi,
I fear your question isn't very clear. However, I suspect you have AUTOTS,ON in your analysis: in this case, the DELTIM setting can be overridden if there are convergence problems with the assigned timestep: bissection will occur for the necessary number of times, unless the max number of substeps is reached or overcome.

Regards
