Deleting many reference sets at once

I work with many (a few hundreds) reference sets and during update I need to delete them all. It is a part of procedure that I am not able to change.
Is there any way to delete them at once? Clicking Format-reference Sets and selecting one after another and deleting is annoying. I am not able to select more then one at at time.

I just tried this in the part navigator (RMB > timestamp order off) and attempting to select multiple reference sets crashes CAD completely. Don't try it!
