Default dec 3 plcs but driven dims 2 plcs

Is there an option in drawing mode to have the driven (created) dimension decimal place different than the default decimal place that drives the model. I am modeling to 3 decimal places but want the drawings created to 2 decimal places. I know I used to be able to do it but can't find the config/dtl option to allow it.

In the drawing go to Format, Decimal Places
