I am designing an office building. The office is open space type. It will be central air conditioning. So there will be that big air ducts hung from purling. I do not have mechanical drawings yet. How much dead loads should I consider for the mechanical loads? How about dead load for the lighting? The light is LED type, uniform matrix distributed.

Your help is truly appreciated.

I commonly use 2 psf for M/E dead loads.
