Let's say it is about class II stranded compacted aluminium conductor of 240 mm^2. According to IEC 60228 Table II Class 2 Stranded conductors for single-core and multicore cables 0.125 ohm/km[20oC] it's the maximum permissible.
The voltage drop will be instead of 3% 3%*0.134/0.125=3.2% and the losses will be instead of 100W 100*0.134/0.125=107.2W[7.2% more].
Let's say the total losses on this wire is 1000 w in 24 h will be 24 kwh at 0.125 and 24*1.072=25.73 W for 0.134 ohm/km
If the ambient medium temperature is 25oC and the rated wire insulation is 90 the temperature now will be [90-25]x1.072+25=94.68oC.
