I was called to inspect a total fire loss residential structure built from an insulated concrete form system. During the fire event, the portions of the foundation foam that were close enough to the flame/heat source melted right off, exposing the concrete core.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of a repair that would include basically a liquid applied foam that you can form, shape and basically pour right back around the damaged core of an ICF?
