I was called to inspect a total fire loss residential structure built from an insulated concrete form system. During the fire event, the portions of the foundation foam that were close enough to the flame/heat source melted right off, exposing the concrete core.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of a repair that would include basically a liquid applied foam that you can form, shape and basically pour right back around the damaged core of an ICF?

If the concrete is still good, stud it up (break between wood and concrete) and have someone come spray foam it to the studs, then you can drywall the studs.
