I've got a surface created by a boundary blend followed by an extrude to selected cut in a part. I'd like to be able to emboss a logo onto this surface. I was somewhat successful following Tobias's instructions in this post: http://www.mcadcentral.com/proe/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=38 088&KW=extruding+on+a+surface

The problem is that the cut is only visible if I unhide the boundary blend. How can I make it visible? Or is there a better way to do this?

you might still need to solidify in one direction or the other using the surface merges into a cut.

is you offset made on the surface (quilt) or on a "solid surface"? (and...is it a surf model och a solid model?)

Post a pic and i will try to guide you!
