Hi everyone,
Im just a beginner in Pro E and have run into a few difficulties. I have assembled a relatively complex shape but i now want to redefine each part. I was told that a good way to do this is to set up datum points of the new intended sections and cut all the geometry that is not between the datums points that represent the new part. From this i can save it as a new part, do this multiple times and then reassemle the piece. How do i go about cutting between datum points which do not begin at the start of a part? Also is there an easy way to use Pro E to find the 2nd moment of area?
