cutting a part with another moving part

Hello friends...


I am still on WF2 and hoping to migrate to WF4.


I have a solid A. Solid B is moving in a defined path and is intersecting part A in its motion. I do not wish to create an Envelope of the motion path of solid Bto cut part A. That is how we did it in WF2.


Is there any change in WF3 to WF4.... or WF5 (there is a lot of talk about it )!!!


suggestions are welcome...
