We just bought a new Amada FO- 3015 NT and my compressor only kicks out 120 P.S.I, so as we have a big order waiting to go out i want to cut with Nitrogen.
I have the japanese cut onditions, so am i right in thinking that i need to call up E-SPC2.3.

Me sorprende que los tecnicos de Amada no hayan cargado las condiciones de corte con nombres de material Americanos.

La tabla de corte que comience con la letra E denota E-Z Cut que es un generador de nitrogeno/oxigeno. La mezcla exacta de este proceso es 95% Nitrogeno/5% Oxigeno.

SPC es acero al carbon y 2.3 es el espesor del material en milimetros.

SPC= Acero al Carbon (Calibres)
SS400= Acero al Carbon (Placa)
SUS= Acero Inoxidable
SEC= Galvanizado/Galvanneal
AL= =Aluminio

C-SUS6.0SH= Acero Inoxidable Clean-Cut Alta Presion de 1/4"
C-SPC1.2= Acero Al Carbon corte con nitrogeno alta presion
SPC1.2= Acero al Carbon corte con oxigeno
E-SPC2.3= acero al carbon corte con E-Z Cut o aire
