Customizing the 'Home' Ribbon Tab

As a follow up,
Our solution involves customizing the ribbon as desired in the NX GUI by right clicking the ribbon and selecting customize.
Exporting the customized role to a directory accessible by all users. (Tools->Customize->Roles Tab->Create...)
Setting the environment variable "UGII_DEFAULT_ROLE" = "\\server\directory\myrole.mtx"
