CUSTOMIZING HOLE WIZARD

I created a new Hole Wizard standards for tapped holes and such. I wanted these new standards to come up as default, so I disabled ANSI metric holes, leaving only the custom standards I created.

Now when i go to use the hole wizard I get the error: The derived Standard 'Ansi Metric' does not exist in the database. Using the parent of this standard instead.

After this error my custom standards are select and everything works. However I would not like to see this error anymore. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Matthew

I considered that option, but would like not to select my custom standards everytime I run the hole wizard. It defaults at ANSI.

SolidCreative,

Do you always get this message or only when you try to edit a hole wizard hole done with the old standard?

If I am not mistaken, after you use your derived standard one time the HW will default to that standard. At least mine seems to default to the "last used". But then again maybe I've put to many hours in this week
