Curved Beams and Continuity

what is the limitation of the inclination angle between beams to consider the continuity as per ACI?

I know of no explicit limitation in ACI. With significant angular changes, I think that one would have to pay some extra attention to the design and detailing of the intersecting beam joint and the effects of torsion resulting from frame action. Without being able to point to any literature or research, I think that I'd start to be concerned beyond about 30 degrees.

Thank you KootK. My first and main concern is torsion... but my concern regarding continiuty would affect the flexural design

You're most welcome. Any chance you've got a perpendicular-ish beam coming into the joint that can rectify the torsion?
