Hi there. I am trying to detail connections for a secondary beam connecting to a primary cambered beams. i havent worked with cambered beams before.

Case1 -
the W610x101 has 3/4" Camber - So all the secondary beams needs to be adjusted to match TOS of the cambered beam at every location... that way after loading all the TOS remains the same ? Is this the right approach ? in this case all secondary connections are shear connections.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Case2 -
W24x192 has 1 1/4" Camber - All secondary beams FMC & see attached for the Engineer's Typ. connection design. In this case won't the W24 beam pull the W12 on the left side during loading ?
thank you
