As I was working with my model, suddenly many error messages appeared with invalid surfaces. I tried to rebuild my model, the errors continued appearing and when I reloaded my model, new error messages appeared "Curve xxx has no facet" and the whole geomety! [ponder]
Does someone have any idea?

Hi Aleximos,

From the message box, copy all rows with the curves ID that present errors and go paste them into Excel. You will have a column with curves IDs that you will copy again and go back to Femap / Delete / Geometry / Curves. In the selection dialog box / pick / hit Paste and OK. Rebuild and see what this will change and Keep me informed.

The surfaces are already deleted from a previous rebuild, but not the curves. When I rebuild and I choose to delete the invalid geometry, it deletes everything. Does it have to do with misuse of the non-manifold add command? I have a backup file, but I hope it doesn't show me again the same error.

It is probably caused by the non-manifold add or some operations on your geometry. Try to recover the non-manifold add, delete the unreferenced curves and then redo non-manifold add.
