CSI bridge question - support settlement load case

I'm using CSI bridge to model two span box girder bridge. The bridge is supported on column(integral with deck) at pier location and rollers at abutments. I need to know how can I define the support settlement load case for abutment in CSI bridge. The deck is supported on continuous beam i.e. abutment. I defined the settlement at pier lcoation where the column is fixed at its base, it runs fine and generate correct results but not sure why it doesnt run for abutment.
I have done the manual calculation for settlement analysis and wanted to run by software as well. Any help is appreciated.
