CSA gr. 359 flanges in lieu of ASME A350 Flanges

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if you can use CSA gr. 359 flanges in lieu of ASME A350 Flanges in a B31.3 piping system? I'm not sure if B31.3 will recognize the gr. 359 material. Thanks,
