CSA Flange Allowable Stress

In the absence of rules in CSA Z662 to calculate the integrity of a CSA Z245.12 flange, I am using ASME VIII div.1 App.2 as permitted in Z662 clause 4.3.1.1 (assuming div.1 is ok too).
Being the flange installed in a Z662 designed pipeline, should the allowable stress in this case be considered as the flange material SMYS multiplied by the design factor F, location factor L and temperature factor T ?
