Dear DHURJATI SEN,
This is actually the Jacket End closer plate of the vessel. Both side of the Jacket and Closure plate (MOC 16 Gr.70) will have 30 Deg. Chamfer and welded with the E309Lmo filler instead ER 70S 2. Jacket side operating fluid is Hot water. Hope this information will help you to give your advise.

You may need to verify what the CS material is to be used for, such as the process service, P & T, etc. IMO, it's better to remove the wrong filler material with a minor cost, if not sure about the process or for the reason of the unpredictable future.

Can you produce a WPS for P1 - P1 using an F#5 filler metal and an A# matching the chemical composition of the weld in question?

Technically, no problem at all. As long as the client knows what he has when he does a weld repair in 20 years time.
But, if you are working to a code, it's a problem. You have two options: (i) cut out and replace; or (ii) qualify a procedure to cover the way your weld was made.
p.s., send your welder back to school. SMAW electrodes are all labeled with the AWS classification. If it's not legible then it may not be coming from a reputable maker.

Thank you for your reply. Noted the contents. This is not the coded job.
As you said i already sent out the welder who did this mistake.
I though unable to remove all the weld metal out since it already mixed with the parent metal. If i removed the existing weldment and welded again with the correct filler i.e ER 70S-2, i may face difficulty to weld, because of the possibility of existing weld metal contents, which may cause defects too while welding.
Or since it is an non coded job can leave it "as it" is the good idea??.

As many experts have responded, I did not feel the need to reply. If galvanic corrosion is a non-issue, you can leave the weld as it is.
Actually, any non-standard job always has the potential to throw up a nasty surprise in future. The opposite is also true.

As you said this is non code job, but is a pressure vessel at 5 kg/cm2.
Not only the steps required to weld the jacket was not made, I assume that all welds in this pressure vessel was not made with the minimum control.
This job should not be approved by the owner. Now this is a commercial problem.
