For replacement plates for Plate Heat Exchangers, what are the required documentation? Is a Partial Data Report required or are just Mill Test Reports traceable to the plates sufficient?

Are you referring to "Repair" as per NBIC, Part 3?

The scope of repair/alterations would be the replacement of plates or the installation of additional plates.

It sounds like a "Repair" as per NBIC, Part 3 for me.
See NBIC, Part 3, 3.3.

Would Partial Data Reports be required for the new plate exchanger plates?
