Hi All,

Could anyone suggest a proper guideline for crown feed though skin cut out with doubler design and analysis. I checked in Nieu und Bruhn and did not find anything exact.
Mostly only shear loads considered. Please support.

rb1957 : I do not have Flabels and unfortunately very less time to get it ordered. Could you please share the respective chapter.

Thanks in Advance

nikkuppi - do not ask people to violate copyright. The book is readily available.

Edit: Was going through Flabel Chap 9 "Cutouts & Hole Reinforcements"; for Donut ring doublers around a hole, the external loading considered is again shear only. If OP's repair location is in skin which is pressurized, I am not sure if he can apply Flabel directly.
