Creating Generator Inertia and Governor Response Data File PSS/E 33

I am trying to simulate the effect of multiple generators having reduced inertia when compared to one large machine but don't know how to change the inertia of the machines in PSS/E 33.

I've read the user manual which talks about a .inl file which describes the inertia and governor but can't find an example of one of these files and there was not one in the EXAMPLE folder provided with the package.
