IEEE type AC1A Exciter model in PSS/E

All,
On the ESAC1A exciter model block diagram, I am curious to know the description of the input "Ec" to the voltage transducer terminal. I can figure out that the output of this block "Vc" is the terminal voltage transducer output, however "Ec" is not well know defined to me.

I’m pretty sure that’s the voltage droop/line drop compensation from the generator model (Xc*I_stator)
 
Thank you so much Wcaseyharman for your response. I later found out from IEEE std 1992 that it is the generator terminal voltage.
