I'm looking for the crack growth rate of Cl-SCC in Austenitic S.S (especially in 347 S.S).

I experienced Cl-SCC at a drain point(a dead leg) in HCR Heater Unit.

I read some papers about Cl-SCC, but all of them said that crack growth rate of Cl-SCC was depend on various conditions (pH, Cl concentration, Temp., etc.). And there's not general data about crack growth rate of Cl-SCC.

Or is there any experimental data of upper subject?

If anybody knows, Answer plz~

......and that is correct. You need to define what service conditions were, pH, Cl concentration to perhaps find relevant SCC data for this material. Also, another factor that drives crack growth rate is tensile stress.

Assuming that you are trying to predict remnant life, try starting with API 579-1, F.5.1.2 to get an overview of the considerations that you will have to take into account (more or less what has been stated above). If you are not trying to predict remnant life, it would be helpful to know what you would wish to do with the data.
