How would I model a countersunk 3/8-16 tapped hole on the side of a cylinder?

You've probably figured out a method, but this is how I go about it if the C/S is dimensioned per your examplecadforum 20220204.PNG
 
Could you not use a custom hole wizard? Placing it using a 3D Sketch
