does anybody know what is cosmetics for concrete?

Sounds like you may be referring to colored conrete, pattern stamping, surface treatments, or finishing techniques that enhance the visual appeal of the concrete.

I am looking for advice on a cosmetic finish for a domestic internal slab.
The slab has been ground to expose the aggregate, and I believe I need some sort of self-levelling 2 part epoxy, as I'm after a fairly thick, satin smooth finish.
Application method could be instrumental given the access, not mention I'm living in the place..!
