I use a machine who make's plastic film. The problem is that I have corrugations on the plastic film on the winding roll. The winding roll is in nip configuration with a contact roll.

Do you have any clues to solve that problem ?

thanks

Consider using a bow roller. Mount Hope comes to mind. Mount just before your windup. Make sure your layon roll is parallel with windup. Make sure your winder is inline with upper hauloff nip. Watch you film path, does it tend to track?. That will indicate misalignment or problems further upstream, right up to and including barrel heat profiles.
