HOW WE CAN MIGITATE CO2 CORROSION IN CONDENSATE PIPES OF HYDROGEN PLANT?

ALSO WE HAVE CRACK AT WELDING POINTS OF HOT AND COLD CONDENSATE (170 c & 35 c)WHAT MATERIAL WE SHOULD USE AT THIS POINT?

Condensate corrosion due to CO2 is usually handled by neutralizing amines added to your BFW, they can be formulated in various ways depending which condensate system (HP, LP, etc) you are having problems with.

For your condensate piping, carbon steel would be a typical material to use. What have you seen from a failure analyses of the cracking?

Hi,
Are you refearing to process condensates or just steam condenstates from your steam production ?
Each case needs to be treated differently..

Dimitris..

Dear Sir
Thanks For Your Attention,We Have Not Done Any Crack Analysis on Connection Point of Hot And Cold Condansate And Crack Exists Even With Stainless Steel.
