All excellent recommendations. For a best single volume, I recommend
Handbook of Corrosion Engineering, 1139 pages (2000) by Pierre R. Roberge. Covers both science & applications (all the alloys). Has a set of Pourbaix diagrams (Potential vs. pH equilibrium diagrams), for Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni & Zn, including separate diagrams for oxide forms & hydroxides.
