Hi I am after a copy of the 1948 paper by Fox titled

The mean elastic settlement of a uniformly loaded area at a depth below the ground surface

Pulished in Volume 1,pp 129-132 of the 2nd ICSMFE.


Can any one help please. Note this was discussed back in 2004 but the link to the paper is now dead.
