CONVERTING TO 2D AUTOCAD

WHEN i CONVERT FROM 2012 TO 2D AUTOCAD i GET DOUBLE TEXT IN MY TITLE BLOCK, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN?

because when it translates to 2D autocad the titleblock entries you have are using multiple line settings in the attribute. I have not looked into why this is, but that is the reason.
