Is there a way to Converting SW drawings to .igs files?

Not the dwgs, but you can with the part models.

Yes, parts and assemblies can be saved as iges files. Skech entities can be saved as iges as well. In the export options for IGES you can select Export sketch entities, and if you wanted only skech entities, you would uncheck soid/surface and wireframe boxes....so...if you really had to, you could convert the drawing outlines you wanted into a sketch layer and copy paste this into a new part or import a dwg into a sketch in a new part and then save as iges with export sketch entity box selected. My CAM package (Delcam Powermill) will take in things from iges files like sketches and workplanes that I create in SW, where I then use these elements for boudaries/patterns and 3+2 machining since they are easier to quickly create on a part in SW than Powermill.
