converting gds II file formats into iges or dxf

anyone got a program or a suggestion on how to convert GDS II file formats into iges or dxf. GDSII is a format used in crreating wafer masks for mems devices. its a 2d planer image
can anyone help. I have tried a program called Lincad but only a demo and dosent work very well because of this?
