Convert Solidworks to IGES or STEP

Can anyone help to open the file with Solidworks and save the file as IGES or STEP. My NX cannot open the file. Thank you very much for your help.

You will need to ZIP all the part files with the assembly. Or maybe use the Pack & Go to a ZIP file option.

It is from my customer.They are very hard to deal.
