Convert file to hpgl

One of our engineers just purchased an engraver and needs to have our company trademark (W in a circle about 11kb in dxf) converted to hpgl (.plt) format. Does someone have a program that could do this for him? He's tried the engraver company , our VAR and a company that has a SW add-in without luck.

Another possibility is to get an HP plotter print driver and print to a file.
