I TOO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE ASTM SPECIFICATION FOR Z30C13 AFNOR SPECIFICIED METAL. THE LINK WAS NOT HELPFUL. CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME?
This alloy is a steel casting grade with the following composition:
C = 0.25-0.35
Si = 1.00 max
Mn = 1.00 max
Cr = 13-15
I am not that familiar with this type of steel casting alloy, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will respond with an equivalent ASTM standard.

I always use Google for my searches. Here is one of the pages it came up with. It appears to be a 420F grade stainless, now that is not the ASTM just the grade.
