Hi,

I am solving non-linear solution in ANSYS workbench static structural and my solution is having displacement convergence but not force convergence. Any tips to solve the problem.

Review the solver output text in "solution information" > "solver output". There ought to be warning and/or error messages describing why the calculation is failing to converge. It will typically be due to inadequate boundary conditions, errors in contact setup or overlapping or disconnected geometry or something of that sort. Could also be excessive deformation in an element if your material model is too soft. Try to make everything as simple as possible, linear material, lg def:off, bonded contacts, rigid bodies, etc. with a course mesh to start and then start adding complexity one item at a time to find the culprit.
