(s^3 + 5s^2 +9s +7)/(s+1) (s+2). How do you find the inverse Laplace transform?

I would question the equation ... are both (s+1) and (s+2) denominator terms ?

what examples of Laplace transformations have you done in class ? I can see a professional using a canned site (who's got time for grunt work ?)
But I would rather a student do the grunt work. At least I would want a student to check the canned solution, something like f(s)*(1/f(s)) = 1 (or whatever, IDK).

Hi,
Another resource.

Can you review your equation and confirm the position of (s+1) and (s+2), are they both on denominator and only (s+1)?

Pierre
