hello i'm tarek and i'm an enginer in control systems
and i need some information about thermodynamical open systems because.
i need some notion to modelling this systems
the system is an oven of gas who is used to heat tobacco
and my subject is to control the humidity of tobacco at 13%
i need some formulation between temperature at the end of process and the temprature at the begining of process
and thank's.

If your goal is to reach 13% final moisture of tobbaco then you should make some experiments on water desorption rate of your particular tobbaco type. The rate will be proportional to the difference between partial water vapour pressure of the drying gas and equilibrium moisture vapour pressure and the last one is specific for your tobbaco. Water is removed by diffusion therefore dimensions of the leafs are important.
There is a lot of books and papers on this theme.
