Constraint sensitivity in NX8

Is there a setting for accuracy that can be dialed down a bit? How do you do it? I'm finding that slight imperfections in part models I have keep constraints from being applied in ways that work on perfect parts, so hoping this might help.

There are tolerance values that you can adjust in the customer defaults: Assemblies -> Positioning -> solver.

I don't see "positioning" under Assemblies menu. Is that where it would be located? Maybe it is not a "user" option in the version I have.
