Constraining sketch profile to a fixed over all length, NX9

Pretty sure I used to able to do this in NX 7 - 8 but I don't see it in Version 8.5 or 9

From with in the Sketch Env, you could constrain the length of a curve, or set of connected curves, to an associative measurement.

Am I missing something?

Answer! It's a "perimeter" dimension NOT a constraint.
