You might want to look at the following website. We used quite a few of their gaskets and lot of their flanges. We used the both for pressure and vacuum applications.
So CONFLAT is the product name!
It sounds like the flanges are not made to a "B16" type standard? These flanges are just evaluated with the pressure/temperature curves.
It seems like this flange could be evaluated with ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Appendix 2 procedure for nonstandard flanges.
However, if it's going to be used on an ASME vessel, then the material has to be a code material complete with documentation.
So, yes there is a way to evaluate it but then how will the flange be used?
